Before You Submit Your Request

Please note that deleting your Watabot account is permanent and cannot be undone. Once your account is deleted:

  • All your water level monitoring data will be permanently deleted
  • Your device configurations and settings will be removed
  • You will lose access to historical reports and analytics
  • Any active subscriptions will be cancelled
  • Your account cannot be recovered
